 Chocolate Dipping Kits
Materials:
32 pcs or ½ cup of Wilton melting chocolate
4 sourdough pretzels
4 large marshmallows
4 sandwich cookies
2 heaping tsp of toffee bits
2 heaping tsp of chocolate sprinkles
6 plastic sandwich bags
1 small clear rubber band
1 large decorative cellophane bag with twist tie
1 length of ribbon
 Instructions:
Take sandwich bags and pack all food items individually. Use the rubber band to tie the bags of
toffee bits and sprinkles together and prevent leaking. Arrange all food items in cellophane bag.
Fold instructions and place in bag. Secure with twist tie. String tag onto ribbon and affix with bow to
cellophane bag.
Line a cookie sheet with wax paper. Microwave chocolate on 50% power or timed defrost for 1 minute intervals. Take out and stir chocolate after each minute. Microwave and stir until smooth. Dip items and tap on the edge of the bowl to remove excess. Lay on wax paper to cool for at least 20 minutes or place the cookie sheet in the refrigerator for 5 minutes.
Other suggestions for dipping: Pound cake, strawberries, dried cherries, cheesecake bites, graham
crackers, etc.
