Hot Cocoa Mix

Materials:
6 ½ cups of powdered milk
1 (5 oz) package of non-instant chocolate pudding mix
1 cup of powdered chocolate drink mix (I used Nesquick)
½ cup powdered non-dairy creamer
½ cup of confectioner’s sugar
½ cup of unsweetened cocoa powder

Instructions:
1.You will need 1 large or 2 small baby food jars.
2.Take one clear rubber band, one 4x4 inch square of fabric, one ribbon, and one tag for each jar you
will be decorating.
3. Fill each jar with cocoa mix using the plastic teaspoons provided. Leave enough room for your
flavoring.
4.You will need two teaspoons of flavoring for each serving. So for a small jar leave room for about two
teaspoons and for the large jar about four.
5. Flavoring options:
Red Hot Cinnamon-Two teaspoons of red hot candies per serving.
Salted Caramel-Two teaspoons of toffee bits and a pinch of sea salt per serving.
Classic Marshmallow with a Twist-Dust the marshmallows with gold pearl dust by shaking them in a
plastic sandwich bag or scent them in the bags containing peppermint or orange oil.
6. Secure the lid.
7.Use the rubber band to hold the fabric square, adjust and center.
8. Write the name of your custom hot chocolate flavor on the tag along with the following instructions:
For small jar: Dissolve in 1 cup of boiling water.
For large jar: Divide mixture into two mugs. Add 8 oz of boiling water to each cup. Dissolve.
9. Thread tag onto ribbon and tie to lid with a bow.
